As an early CMO at a workforce intelligence platform, she had to write white papers on the use of ethical AI in talent, which hurtled her deeper into the uncomfortable AI space.

Jamie Ragen
Jamie leads a team of Adobe experts who live at the bleeding-edge of innovation - from the spark of creativity through to the creation of the world’s most transformative and immersive digital experiences. Spanning personalisation to measurement, eCommerce to AI, documents to end-to-end workflows, digital to metaverse, Jamie’s passion for people and technology modernisation are instrumental to enabling Adobe’s customers’ success.
Jamie’s creative industry career began 30 years ago as a cartoonist for daily newspapers. Following an Operations Management role at NewsCorp, he moved agency-side to be Creative Director and then Director of Technology in a content agency where he built the first iPad application for the Australian App store. In September 2012, Jamie joined Adobe as Senior Solutions Consultant in the Digital Publishing Team, and has since progressed to become Adobe’s CX Technology and Innovation Director for Australia and New Zealand. Today his role covers Adobe’s Creative Cloud, Document Cloud and Digital Experience Cloud innovations.

Since joining ANZ, Young has been instrumental in developing and implementing the bank’s

Through the second half of 2022, Young led the restructure of ANZ’s marketing division,
